Scroll on parchment was hand lettered and painted by Harold Cockrill of the City Engineer's Office in Vancouver, Canada. The scroll welcomes President Warren G. Harding and his party to Vancouver. It is on a wooden roll with spear heads at each end. The parchment is covered with white silk on the front and purple velvet on the back. A yellow silk ribbon is attached at the bottom of the parchment.
